Shipping policy

Currently, Lumora ships within the United States only. International shipping (including select EU countries) is planned for a future date and will be announced on our Site.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.3 Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–8 business days for items shipped from domestic (US) warehouse stock.
  • 7–15 business days (occasionally up to 20 business days during peak periods or customs delays) for items shipped from international fulfillment centers.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.

4.4 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4.5 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping confirmation, contact lumora.support@findlumora.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution (reshipment or refund).

4.6 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer; however, we will do our best to assist in re-routing where possible.
