Refund policy

Because Lumora's products are personal hygiene items applied directly to the teeth, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, or for opened/used products, for health and safety reasons.

2.1 What Is Covered

We will provide a replacement or full refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your item is confirmed lost in transit (see Shipping Policy for timelines).

2.2 How to Request a Claim

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo/video of the issue (for damaged/defective/wrong items).

We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

2.3 What Is Not Covered

  • Products that have been opened or used, unless defective.
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Minor variations in product appearance/packaging that do not affect function.

2.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
